Our Mission Statement

At Trinity Electrical Contractors (TEC), safety is a core priority in our daily operations. We believe that Safety Training, maintaining a drug-free workplace, and Job Education are essential for ensuring our employees can perform their work in the safest possible manner. Our safety program focuses on training employees to create and maintain a safe working environment in all situations, while actively preventing and reporting any safety violations or hazards. 

Our second goal is to ensure that all tasks are carried out with the safety and health of our employees in mind. TEC firmly believes that the success of any project depends on its safe completion. No task or project is more important than the well-being of our employees and those around them. 

To support this, TEC management holds weekly toolbox meetings on a variety of safety topics. Attendance is mandatory, and each employee signs a form acknowledging the discussion points covered during the meeting.
